The HomeAgain® Microchip Identification System includes database and recovery services managed by the HomeAgain Pet Recovery Service. These services, which last for the life of the pet, are provided for a modest fee.

The Enrollment Database
The HomeAgain Microchip Identification System's enrollment database contains information on 4,129,265 animals, and approximately 50,000 new pets are enrolled each month. The database enrollment form, facility card and mailing envelope are included in the sterile HomeAgain package. All data and software is backed up and stored off site daily in multiple generations. Owners can enroll their pet's HomeAgain microchip identification number with the Recovery Service online at this website or by mailing back the enrollment form included with the HomeAgain microchip.

Recovery Services
The HomeAgain Pet Recovery Service works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year to facilitate the recovery of lost pets. Thanks to the HomeAgain Microchip Identification System and the Recovery Service, over 363,667 lost pets have been returned to their families. On average, HomeAgain reunites a lost pet with its family every 6 minutes.
